Qigong is a traditional Chinese system of exercise for physical health and spiritual growth. The basic
concepts of qigong include gathering qi
(vital energy) to recharge ourselves at the core level and building up a reservoir of qi to treat and prevent disease and illness.

many forms of qigong help to open up higher spiritual energy centers and facilitate higher levels of spiritual awakening.
